Day 01Arrival at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / NJP Railway Station (NJP) – Transfer to Phuentsholing

Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / NJP Railway Station (NJP), meet our representative and proceed toward Phuentsholing. On arrival, complete Bhutan entry formalities at the Phuentsholing Immigration Office with the assistance of our Bhutan representative. After immigration procedures, check in at the hotel.

Day 02Phuentsholing – Thimphu

• Distance: 158 km | Duration: 5–6 hours (approx.)

After breakfast, complete any pending visa/permit formalities at the immigration office (if not done on Day 1). Then, board your vehicle for a scenic drive to Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan.
Upon arrival, check in at the hotel.

Day 03Thimphu – Full-Day Sightseeing

After breakfast, explore the cultural and historical highlights of Thimphu:

• Sangaygang Viewpoint (BBS Tower) (2,865 m / 9,397 ft) – Offers panoramic views of Thimphu Valley.
• Buddha Point (Kuensel Phodrang) – Home to one of the world's largest Buddha statues.
• Institute for Zorig Chusum (Traditional Art & Craft School) – Entrance fee: INR 100 (Closed on weekends & holidays).

Day 04Thimphu – Punakha / Wangdue

After breakfast, drive to Punakha/Wangdue, passing through the scenic Dochu La Pass (3,080 m / 10,102 ft), offering stunning views of the Himalayan ranges.

• Suspension Bridge – One of Bhutan’s longest suspension bridges.

Day 05Punakha/Wangdue – Paro (via Lamperi)

After breakfast, check out and drive toward Paro, stopping at Lamperi Royal Botanical Garden (Entrance fee: INR 100).

Day 06Paro – Full-Day Sightseeing OR Hike to Tiger’s Nest

Option 1: Local Sightseeing in Paro
After breakfast, explore Paro’s iconic sites:

• Bird’s Eye Viewpoint – Stunning panoramic views of Paro Valley and the international airport.

Option 2: Hike to Tiger’s Nest Monastery (Taktsang Lhakhang)

• Those unable to reach the monastery can hike up to the cafeteria viewpoint (1–1.5 hours uphill).

Day 07Paro – Phuentsholing (Bhutan) – Siliguri (India)

• Altitude: Phuentsholing (298 m / 977 ft) / Siliguri (140 m / 460 ft)
• Distance: Paro to Phuentsholing – 176 km (4–5 hours)
• Distance: Phuentsholing to Siliguri – 165 km (4–5 hours)

After breakfast, check out and drive to Phuentsholing. Stop at Karbandi for Bhutan exit stamps and visit the Indian Immigration Office in Jaigaon for re-entry formalities.

Continue the journey to Siliguri, where you will check in at the hotel.

Day 08Departure – Siliguri to Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / NJP Railway Station (NJP)
