GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

RATES, VALIDITY & SURCHARGES

• All rates are NET basis and non-commissionable for agents and are quoted in United States Dollar (USD)
• Rates exclude bank transfer or credit card charges
• Rates are based on the lowest room category, inclusive of breakfast
• Rates are not valid during super peak periods (e.g., Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Holy Week, festivals, and special events). Additional surcharges apply during these times.
• Surcharges may also apply if the booking falls below the minimum required number of persons

CHANGES AND AVAILABILITY

• Rates and room availability are subject to change without prior notice.
• Itinerary timings and activities are subject to local weather conditions or other unavoidable circumstances and may change accordingly
• Changes to the itinerary (e.g., flight schedules or additional services) are not permitted post-confirmation or may incur additional charges

STANDARD CHECK-IN/OUT TIMES

• Most hotels follow a standard check-in time of 1400H and check-out time of 1200H unless otherwise specified
• Early check-in or late check-out will incur additional charges and is subject to room availability

PAYMENT METHODS

• Bank Transfer: Payments should be made to the bank account specified in the invoice. The client/ agent is responsible for covering any associated bank charges
• Credit Card: Payments can be made using major credit cards (Master & Visa). A 3.5% transaction fee will apply, which must be covered by the client/agent.

CANCELLATION POLICY

1. HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations will be subject to the hotel's policy upon receipt of booking confirmation. Detailed cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking confirmation .
• For in-house guests who decided to shorten their stay, payment for the unused nights is strictly non-refundable

2. LAND ARRANGEMENTS (TOURS, VEHICLES, MEALS, GUIDES)
(Unless otherwise specified in the quotation or at the time of booking)

3. To avoid penalties, all cancellations or amendments must be submitted in writing before the specified deadline provided at the time of confirmation

4. Any cancellations or amendments made after the deadline or prior to the arrival date will be 100% NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-REBOOKABLE, and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

FORCE MAJEURE CLAUSE

In the event of Force Majeure, Shroff Travel shall not be held liable for any surcharges or penalties imposed by airlines, hotels/resorts, or other suppliers. While we will assist in requesting refunds, the final decision rests solely with the discretion of the airlines, local operators, hotels, and other third-party service providers.
