Day 01Arrival in Lima

Arrive at Jorge Chávez International Airport in Lima. After clearing customs, transfer to your hotel in the Miraflores district. Spend the afternoon relaxing or exploring the coastal parks and enjoying the views of the Pacific Ocean. In the evening, we recommend to savor a delicious dinner at a local restaurant featuring traditional Peruvian cuisine.

Day 02Lima / Half-Day Cultural Lima City Tour

After breakfast, embark on a half-day cultural city tour of Lima. Visit historic sites such as the Plaza Mayor, Government Palace, and the Cathedral of Lima. Explore the San Francisco Monastery, known for its fascinating catacombs. In the afternoon, you may have time to visit the Larco Museum, which showcases an extensive collection of pre-Columbian art. Enjoy the evening at leisure, perhaps trying out more local dishes.

Day 03Lima to Cusco and Cusco City Tour

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Cusco (flight not included). Upon arrival, meet our driver and transfer to the hotel. Check into your hotel and take some time to acclimatize to the altitude. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided city tour of Cusco. Visit the Plaza de Armas, the Qorikancha (Temple of the Sun), and the San Blas neighborhood. Learn about the rich history and culture of this ancient city.

Day 04Cusco / Machu Picchu Day Trip

After an early breakfast, take the train from Cusco to Aguas Calientes, the gateway to Machu Picchu. Upon arrival, enjoy a guided tour of the iconic ruins, exploring their incredible history and significance. After the tour, you’ll have some free time to wander or hike to the Sun Gate for stunning views. In the afternoon, take the train back to Cusco and return to your hotel.

Day 05Cusco / Sacred Valley Tour

After breakfast, embark on a full-day tour of the Sacred Valley. Visit the impressive archaeological site of Pisac, where you can explore the ruins and the local market. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before heading to Ollantaytambo, another significant Inca site with stunning terraces. Spend the evening back in Cusco, enjoying dinner and reflecting on your experiences.

Day 06Cusco to Puerto Maldonado and Puerto Maldonado City Tour

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Puerto Maldonado (flight not included). Upon arrival, check into your hotel and take some time to relax. In the afternoon, enjoy a city tour of Puerto Maldonado, learning about its culture and environment. You might visit the local market or explore the surrounding area. In the evening, have dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 07Puerto Maldonado / Puerto Maldonado Expedition Tour

Enjoy a packed lunch in the jungle and continue your adventure until returning to Puerto Maldonado in the late afternoon.

Day 08Departure from Puerto Maldonado

After breakfast, check out of your hotel. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have some free time to relax or do some last-minute shopping. Transfer to the airport for your departure from Puerto Maldonado.
